Bena Charity Trust is a registered non-governmental organization dedicated to uplifting communities across Malawi through education, empowerment, and compassion. Established in December 2014 and officially recognized by the Government of Malawi under registration number 0157, the Trust stands as a beacon of hope and service inspired by Islamic values.

With a team of seven experienced trustees and branches in Blantyre (Head Office), Zomba, and Lilongwe, Bena Charity Trust is committed to promoting sustainable community development through education, moral guidance, and social welfare.

The Trust operates 72 Qur’anic schools run by over 70 teachers and technical staff, reaching more than 4,000 students across the country. Through collaboration with local and international partners, government institutions, and other Islamic organizations, Bena Charity Trust continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Malawians.
